A Good Father
Lord,
I want to pause and say THANK YOU!
Thank you for everything you continue to provide for us. You truly know what Your children need and when we need it. Father, you are a good God and at times I am not sure we deserve it. Thank you for loving your people well.
Today, I give thanks for Your abundant blessings. Thank you for the grace you show me and all Your people day after day. Thank you for the strength and courage you give us to live a life pleasing to You, a life that stands up and speaks out for the last, least, and the lost.
Lord, I feel so blessed by all the many people You bring into my life. I have a tendency to want to do things on my own, but Lord you keep putting so many people in my life who continue to break down the wall.
Thank you for my husband, for blessing me with a man who loves me unconditionally and loves you oh so much.
Thank you for my family and the support they give, even when it feels unnecessary.
Lord, I love you and today I just wanted to give thanks for the amazing Father You are to us.
Amen.
With so much going on in the world, It’s easy to lose sight of things to give thanks for. I continue to remind myself to be thankful even in the midst of the craziness.
