A Heart to Learn

IMG_4068.PNG

Dear God,

It has been crazy these past few weeks. Sometimes I find myself saying I am just being dramatic, it could be so much worse. Our world feels like it is shutting down and that has been hard.

As I process the discomfort and sadness, I am learning what it means to have faith and seek you. I am learning to sit, listen, and find comfort in Your firm foundation.

Lord, it is beautiful what happens when your children sit down with a heart to learn. I pray that your people will know and embrace that you are the patient teacher. You are willing and ready to teach us new lessons each and every day.

May we lean not on our own understanding but lean into the One who will make our paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Amen
